The problem

Finding labour shouldn't be this hard

Every contractor in Birmingham is solving the same problem with the same broken tools.

The 6am scramble

Someone's not turned up. You're ringing round favours and posting in group chats before the gates even open.

Margin on every shift

Agencies and subbies charge for the introduction — every day, on every worker, for as long as they're on site.

No proof of ticket

"He's got his CSCS" isn't the same as someone having actually checked it against the register.

A chat isn't a database

A group chat is a wall of messages. You can't filter it by trade, location, rate or who's free this week.

Nobody knows who's free

Good labourers sit idle between jobs while contractors two miles away are short-handed.

No record of anything

Who worked where, who turned up, who you'd have back — it all lives in someone's head or a lost thread.

How it works

From short-handed to sorted

No scrolling through profiles, no account manager, no minimum spend.

1

Submit a request

How many, what role, which site, when, and the rate. Twenty seconds on your phone.

2

We source and verify

We confirm availability worker by worker, check every CSCS card against the official register, and match the face on the card to the man.

3

You get a crew sheet

Names, trades, CSCS status, induction status and numbers on one screen — forward it straight to your site manager.

What you get

You never scroll a list of a hundred people

Crews, not CVs

You order six labourers, you get six confirmed names. The searching and ringing round is our job, not yours.

Verified tickets

Card numbers checked by hand against the official CSCS register, and the face on the card matched to a photo of the worker. The man who turns up is the man on the ticket.

Rates before contact

Every profile shows a day rate, so you're not burning calls on people out of your budget.

A no-show is our problem

If someone doesn't turn up we sort the replacement, and you aren't charged for the day he didn't work.

A crew sheet you can forward

One message with every name, ticket status and number on it. Straight to the site manager, no app needed at their end.

We track who turns up

Every job, we record who showed. Over time you only get sent the ones with a record of turning up.

Inductions done before they arrive

Site rules, H&S videos and your induction forms completed and signed on their phone, before they set foot on site. The man who turns up on Monday is ready to work on Monday, not sat in the cabin for an hour.

Compliance in one place

CSCS cards, tickets, qualifications, inductions and expiry dates, filed against the worker. When someone asks who was on your site and whether they were ticketed, you can answer it.

Clock in at your gate

A code on the gate or in reception. The worker scans it with his normal phone camera — nothing to install — and we record the time and roughly where his phone was. It’s a timed record, not a lie detector: anything that looks off gets flagged for a person to check rather than quietly thrown out. More than a paper timesheet has ever given you.

Ready when you are

Tell us what you need

No sales call, no minimum spend. A minute now, names and numbers back within two hours.

The bit everyone actually worries about

You'll know who's on site
before the gates open.

The reason the 6am scramble hurts isn't that someone didn't turn up. It's that you found out at half seven, from a foreman, by which time the day is already gone.

01

Clock-ins as they happen

Workers scan a code at your gate. You see who's in, who isn't, and when they arrived — not a tick on a sheet at the end of the week.

02

A no-show is our problem

If someone doesn't turn up, chasing the replacement is on us. You get told, and you get a name.

03

A record, not an argument

Timed clock-ins against each worker, each site, each day. When a week's hours get queried, there's something to look at.

Every turn-up and no-show is recorded against the worker. Reliability is the only reputation that matters on site, so it's the one thing we track from day one — and over time you only get sent people with a record of turning up.

Why not just use an agency

An agency charges a margin
for as long as he's on site.

We charge once for finding him, and that's it. Ten general labourers, five days a week, kept on across a year — illustrative figures, so check them against your own last invoice.

Through an agency
You're invoiced£180
Labourer receives£140
Margin you never see£40

Ten workers, five days a week, a year: around £100,000.

Through Site Match
You pay the labourer£140
Site Match, per day£0
Finding him, once£150

Ten workers, five days a week, a year: £3,288 — £149 a month, plus £150 a head, paid once.

The worker takes home the same either way. The difference is that an agency's margin grows every day the crew is on site, and ours stops after the first. Full pricing, in the open.

£149 a month, plus £150 a head

A flat fee for the platform, and a one-off fee the first time you take someone on. No margin per shift, no minimum spend, and you never pay twice for the same man. You engage and pay the workers direct — we never touch wages.

Platform access

Everything switched on, all the time.

  • Verified labourers, cards checked by hand
  • Availability kept up to date
  • Crew sheets and who’s on site
  • Gate clock-in and attendance records
  • Digital inductions in build
  • Ticket expiry tracking in build
When you take someone on
£150per worker, once

Charged when he starts. Never again for the same man. Labouring roles are live now; skilled trades as we add them.

  • General labourer, traffic marshal — £150
  • Groundworker, dryliner, plant operator — £250
  • Bricklayer, carpenter, electrician — £350
  • Foreman or site manager — £600

Anything marked “in build” isn’t finished yet. We’re not going to charge you for it before it is. And a man who doesn’t turn up is never charged for — the placement fee lands when he starts, not when we send his name.

Labourers — free, always

Profile, CSCS verification, inductions. Workers never pay, and nothing comes out of their day rate.

Contractors — a monthly fee and a one-off

Cancel any time. We don’t handle wages, PAYE or pensions — you engage and pay your workers exactly as you do now.

Questions

Before you sign up

What does it cost?

£149 a month for the platform, plus a one-off fee the first time you take a worker on — £150 for a general labourer, more for a skilled trade. No margin per shift, no minimum spend, and nothing ever comes out of the worker's day rate. You're never charged twice for the same man, and never charged at all for one who doesn't start. Anything still being built is marked as such.

Do you employ the labourers?

No. We find them, check their tickets and get them site ready. You engage and pay them directly, exactly as you would a subbie you found yourself. We never handle wages, PAYE, National Insurance or pensions — no money passes through us.

Who's responsible for the worker's tax and status?

You are — the same as any subcontractor you take on directly today. Because we don't pay the workers, CIS and employment status sit between you and them, and your accountant will treat them exactly as he already does. What we give you is the paperwork trail: verified tickets, inductions and a record of who was on site and when.

How do I know the CSCS card is genuine?

We ask for three things: the card number, a photo of the card, and a photo of the worker. The number is checked by hand against the official CSCS register, and the face on the card is matched to the photo — so a borrowed card doesn't get through. The photo of the worker is deleted as soon as the check is done. Anything not yet checked shows as "Pending" — we never present an upload as a verification.

What if the worker doesn't turn up?

Tell us and we chase the replacement — that part is on us. On sites using the gate clock-in you'll see the no-show yourself, that morning, rather than hearing about it at half seven. Reliability is recorded against the worker and becomes visible history on their profile once there's enough real activity. We'd rather do that properly than fake a star rating on a handful of jobs.

Do I have to sift through applicants?

No. That's the bit we take off you. You send one order — role, area, dates, how many, day rate — and we do the ringing round. You get back a confirmed crew with names, numbers and CSCS status. Nobody applies to you and there's nothing to sift.
