These terms cover your use of Site Match. By creating an account you're agreeing to them. They're deliberately short and readable.
Site Match is an introduction platform. It helps main contractors find labourers, and labourers find work, and then it gets out of the way.
Site Match is not an employment agency or an employment business. We do not employ labourers, we do not supply labour, and we are not a party to any arrangement you reach with another user. Any engagement, day rate, hours, payment terms, insurance and site arrangements are agreed directly between the contractor and the worker.
Where a profile shows CSCS Verified, it means a Site Match administrator has checked the uploaded card against the official CSCS register. Where it shows Pending, a card has been uploaded but not yet checked.
Verification is a check of the card at a point in time. It is not a guarantee of a worker's competence, conduct, right to work, or continued card validity. Contractors remain responsible for their own site checks, inductions and legal obligations, including right-to-work checks. Uploading a card that isn't yours, or has been altered, will get your account removed.
We do not independently verify a worker's stated years of experience, their skills, a contractor's company details, or the accuracy of a job post. Treat those as claims made by the user who wrote them, the same as you would a message in a group chat — just better organised.
Don't use Site Match to:
We can suspend or remove any account that does.
Phone numbers on the platform are there so you can arrange work. Using them for marketing, spam or anything unrelated is a breach of these terms and of the other person's trust.
Site Match is free to labourers, and free to contractors during the Birmingham launch period. If we introduce charges we'll give clear notice in advance. We will not take a cut of a worker's day rate.
If a worker doesn't turn up, or a contractor doesn't pay, that's a matter between the two of you — we aren't a party to it and we can't enforce it. Tell us anyway: we record reliability issues, and persistent problems get accounts removed.
We'll do our best to keep the platform running, but it's an early-stage product. It may be unavailable at times, features may change, and we can't promise it will be error-free or that you'll find work or workers through it.
To the extent the law allows, Site Match isn't liable for losses arising from arrangements made between users — including unpaid work, no-shows, site incidents, or the conduct of any user. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited.
You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing gavinsahota863@gmail.com. We can close an account that breaches these terms.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms as the platform develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we'll flag anything significant to users directly.
